Sanam tujh se mohabt ka bhala aghaaz kia krty?
Labon ny kehna chaha per na thi awaz kia kartay ?
Habib-e-dil bi kia krty mere dam saz kia kartay ?
Mujhay jab dard hi tha raas chaara saz kia karty ?
Hajoom-e-sheher mein kho jatay hum chain panay ko,
Akalay mein satati thi teri awaz kia kartay ?
Mere nazuk se dil ko us ne pal bhar mein tor dala tha,
Usay bhati thi tootay kanch ki awaz kia kartay...
